Delivery Policy

How do I check the status of an order?

As soon as your order is prepared and shipped, you will receive an email/SMS notification with the tracking code. You can use it to track your package delivery in real-time.

Processing and Delivery Time

• Orders placed by 11:00 AM are handed over to the courier on the same working day.
• Orders placed after 11:00 AM are shipped on the next working day.
• Our warehouse processes orders from Monday to Saturday.
• Please allow for a possible delay during busy periods (public holidays, Black Friday, etc.).

Delivery in Romania:

• delivery in 1–3 working days.
• For orders over 290 lei, delivery is free.

Lost or Undelivered Orders

If a package gets lost in transit, please contact us at office@maisoncanine.ro within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. After confirmation, we will ship a new package free of charge, provided that the address provided was correct.

If the tracking shows "Delivered" but the package is not at your address, we cannot assume responsibility. In such cases, any re-shipment will be at the customer's expense.

Orders Returned to Sender

If a package was not picked up or the entered address was incorrect, it automatically returns to us. New shipping fees will apply for re-delivery.

Cancellations and Discount Codes

• If you forgot to apply a discount code, you can use it for your next order. Unfortunately, we cannot modify already confirmed orders.
• If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately. Once the package has been processed and handed over to the courier, no further modifications can be made.
• In rare cases, orders may be automatically canceled by our security system if there are suspicions of fraud. If this happens, please write to us for clarification.

Return Policy

We want every order to be a pleasant experience, but if you change your mind, you have the right to return the products.

According to GEO no. 34/2014, you have 14 calendar days from receiving the package to request a return, without needing to state a reason and without additional costs, except for shipping fees.

General Return Conditions:

• Products must be returned in the condition they were received: in their original packaging, sealed, and with the label intact.
• Returns are valid exclusively for orders placed on www.maisoncanine.ro.
• Refunds will be made within 14 days of return acceptance, to the account from which payment was made or to the account indicated by you.

How to Make a Return:

1. Send us an email at office@maisoncanine.ro with:

• the order number;
• the address from which the return is made.

1. After validation, we will send you return instructions and, upon request, a shipping label (cost borne by the customer).
2. Products should be sent to our return address: Bucharest, Sector 2, Ferdinand I Boulevard, No. 58, bl. A, 3rd floor, apt. 13.

Products sent back without prior notification will not be accepted.

Return Costs

• If the return is requested for personal reasons (you changed your mind, no longer want the product, etc.), the shipping cost (18 lei through our partner courier) is borne by the customer.
• If you received damaged, incorrect, or incomplete products, all costs are borne by us.

Products That Cannot Be Returned

• Unsealed or used products (for food safety and hygiene reasons).
• Personalized, custom-made products.
• Gift cards or products on special promotions.
